I have version Version 1.16.17 of UpdraftPlus plugin for WordPress 5.2.3. Backup never completes resulting in “Not finished” status. I have changed my chunks from the 400 MB default to 25 MB. I’ve made sure that my DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to false in my WP-CONFIG.php file. Although, I’m not sure it’s even active since I’m still getting the warning:

Warning: The scheduler is disabled in your WordPress install, via the DISABLE_WP_CRON setting. No backups can run (even “Backup Now”) unless either you have set up a facility to call the scheduler manually, or until it is enabled.

I’ve tried setting up remote backup storage locations to DropBox, OneDrive, Goolge Drive, and Amazon S3 and all are giving me the same result…

Any way to get around this issue?

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

You can upload the log file to https://pastebin.com/ and share the link here.

    Best Wishes,
