backup no longer starting

  • Hi*
    As usual I wanted to backup yesterday. But this time (backup Nr 50) it’s not made. There is a message that the backup has started but didn’t answer for 10 seconds. I tried several times at different times of day because I thought it might be a question of traffic. I reinstalled the program – no change. What am I supposed to do?

    I found out – backwpup seems not to be working with 2 steps autentification turned on. I turned it off and I can backup…

    Any advice how to backup without having to turn off 2 steps autentivicaion every time??

    Hello, can you test it with the beta version from https://github.com/inpsyde/backwpup there you can try the settings for Authentication (Select a WordPRess user)
