backup no longer starting

As usual I wanted to backup yesterday. But this time (backup Nr 50) it’s not made. There is a message that the backup has started but didn’t answer for 10 seconds. I tried several times at different times of day because I thought it might be a question of traffic. I reinstalled the program – no change. What am I supposed to do?Best regards!
