    I am using the free version of Updraft Plus and the backup is not completing. I have tried to do the backup on Google Drive and DropBox and no success. I left the backup running the entire night and still didn’t complete. At a certain stage, it simply doesn’t continue the process.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    I was never able to complete a full backup since I have installed the plugin. I have another website with a different host provider and it worked perfectly fine. Never had any issue, but with this one, I never managed to complete a full backup.

    Hi,

    I can see that the backup gets timed out or killed off while sending the files to your remote storage.

    Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size? To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb save your settings and run a new process.

    Does the backup successfully completes now?
