Hello! My site has been hacked and I wanted to restore it from a backup i created on february the 3rd, but everytime I hit the “download backup” button, a window pops up saying “the download will begin shortly” and it disappears after a couple of seconds. I’ve tried multiple browsers and nothing happens. The backup size should be just under 1 GB, but if I navigate to the floder via the hosting file manager I only see 5kb files in the backup folder. Can you please help? Thanks!

Sorry about the issue you got, did you check all backwpup-* folders on the uploads folder?

In case there are no backup files, I’m afraid these backup files got deleted for some reason (maybe because the site got hacked), in that case, maybe check if you also save the backup to other destinations and download the backup file there.
