    Hello,
    I have tried a backup lately, and I had an issue with the backup archive split size.
    It seems like it did the job after I tried what you suggested last week.
    Today I tried a new backup… and this time it failed again!
    Ok… I went on and tried again your last trick, this time with split size down to 20 MB
    and… it still failed.
    ok, What to do now please?

    Hi @roro111

    The log shows this error “0050.072 (0) Google Drive: ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google (has the user authorised?)”

    Can you please re-authenticate your Google Drive remote storage? This can be done in the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab.

    Hello, thanks for that reply
    2 banners are showing now on my updraftplus page:

    a good one, in green:

    “Succès: vous avez authentifié votre compte Google Drive. ”

    a bad one, in red:

    “Google Drive: Nous n’avons pas encore re?u d’information d’accès de la part de Google – vous devez autoriser ou ré-autoriser votre connexion Google Drive.”

    that last one states that I have to auhorize or reauthorise google drive access ..

    I cleared the cache, yet those banners still show.. and the UpdraftPlus backup is still stuck…
    what to do now..?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Can you confirm if you have already re-authorised Google Drive? If yes, but still same issue, can you wipe out settings and setup everything again?

    OK, I tried with another Googledrive account, but it didn’t go thru either way…
    Really stuck here!

    Hi,

    I am still seeing this error message – “0067.630 (0) Google Drive: ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google (has the user authorised?)”

    It seems like something is blocking the authentication process. Do you have any security or caching plugin? Can you temporarily deactivate? Can you also use incognito mode as some browser extensions can also cause conflict with UpdraftPlus.

    OK, thanks for your input
    I did pretty much all you suggested here: Deactivate WPRocket, tried to access Updraftplus thru new browser/ Incognito page and launch a backup procedure… None of this worked apparently.
    What to do from here?

    If you use other remote storage like Dropbox. Do you still get the same issue?
