Backup not saving, logs are mostly empty

  • When backing up to dropbox, either manually or via cron, the backup does not save and the log does not show any errors or any other lines other than the initial 4 lines of text. Not sure why this is happening. I tried deactivating, reinstalling the plugin, doing a new backup job, and changing the destination in dropbox but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

  • Did you have had a look in the apps folder of Dropbox ?

    I looked in the folder that it is backing up to and there are only old backups in there from when it was working last. Could it be that there are too many backups already in the folder?

    normely not. you can try to change the folder. did you have a look in main dropbox folder too ?
