Backup Now button not working

    We have been successfully using UpdraftPlus for several years without any problem. Now without having changed anything, the Backup Now button is no longer working.

    After pressing the BackUp Now button a very narrow popup appears, but this cannot be accessed. After clicking it disappears but nothing has happened.

    The version number is 2.23.10.0 and is apparently completely up to date.

    Hoping you can help to resolve this issue, so that we can backup our website again.

    Hi,

    Could you try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins? Does the issue persists if you do that? I just want to check if this is not due to cache or security plugin conflict.

    After following your advice I discovered that the plugin Profile Builder was causing the problem. After upgrading Profile Builder to the latest version the problem was solved. Thanks for the great advice.
