    Hey there –

For files backup we also have two options available:

    – Unix Zip Command, and if that isn’t installed, the plugin defaults to using
    – ZipArchive php utility, using the proc_open function

Check with your host to see if one or both of these are available, and if they are, whether there could be a misconfiguration they could check out.

Let me know what they say!

    Hi Kat

Sorry for not answering. I was trying out the options with different websites.
The issue is not resolved. I tried the options with my provider: no success
In some of my websites the plugin is still not working, I have to back up directly on the Providers cpanel.

    Hey Chris –

I’d love to dig a little deeper to see if we can uncover what the issue is – are you able to enable support on one of the sites in question?

You can follow this guide on how to do so: https://bwp.hmn.md/support-center/enable-support

Once you’ve enabled it, send us a message reminding us what your issue is so we can take a look at the support module information, okay? Hopefully that will let us shed a little more light on the subject for you!

    Kat
