Backup only posts and pages through filezila.(Unable to open wordpres dashboard)

  • Hi,
    My website is crashed. I couldn’t able to open wordpress dashboard. So please help me out, how to take backup of posts and pages with categories and tags through filezilla or file explorer. After backup I want to reinstall my wordpress and import old posts and pages.

    Already I have updated wordpress manually, after that also I am getting same problem.

    Pls help.
    I am getting below error.
