backup plugin

I’m about ready to backup my blog and website, but I’m not sure which plugin is going to be the best one to use for this process. I’m still using the 2.8.6 version of WP, so I haven’t encountered any of the problems that those who have upgraded to the 2.9. version have experienced. I would like to use a plugin that would automatically perform the backup for me on a regular schedule. Which one seems to work best? Any helpful suggestions regarding this operation will be appreciated.
