Backup process stays at 20% forever

    How this issue can be resolved?

    The backup for a web site of about 200MB does not complete while similar backup size complete usually in about 2-5 minutes in my experience. The process stays at 20% forever.

    I have tried .zip and .dup formats as well as DB only without any luck. The web host have not noticed any issue at the server level.

    Running on PHP 7.3 where the memory limit=512MB and post_max_size=128MB and max_execution_time=60s
