Backup recovery issue

    I’m trying to restore a site backup, but I’m getting a strange error:
    Unable to connect the user [] to the host [My Cpanel Link].
    Please contact your hosting provider or server administrator.

    How can this be solved easily?
    (In Cpanel’s DataBase details are empty, how can they be edited?)

    I assume you are using the Pro version as the free version does not support direct cPanel connections is this correct? If so can you please submit your request through our help ticket system found here:

    Hey @lidor478,

    Off the top of my head, I don’t have a quick solution and would need to obtain log files to help further troubleshoot your issue, which we would not want to share on a public forum.
