    Hi,

Can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Hi,

I can’t find the restoration log specifically. How do I know which one is the restoration log?

    Thank you.

    Best regards
    Fran

If you open the log files and do a quick search of the txt file for the word “restore”, this should identify wether it’s a backup or a restoration log

    Hi,

my apologies for the late reply. I’ve tried searching in the logs directory and wp-content/updraft directory but there is no restore log that pops up. In the wp-content/updraft directory there are 10 log files (with weird letter/number combinations as name), but none I can find with the word restore
