Hi,

If you new hosting does not offer some migrating option, then simple way is upload all files to public folder or whatever what is there for your web and create database and import old one there, then change in config.php some details if necessary.

i don`t have the old database file…

without database you can not restore site. All datas are stored in database.
So ask your old host or enjoy building new site ??
