    Hi,

UpdraftPlus before restoration it will download all files from Google Drive going to your local drive.

For old directories not to appear after restoration is successful you need to click the blue button (Delete Old Directories) – please see screenshot for reference.

Now its to late, i have to do it manually.
I have only to delete -old folders in /wp-content and /wp-content/updraft?

And what is with the database? Are there old directories too after a backup is made?
Im really worried now that i have double entries there too.
So in conclusion: Only old Folders (/upload-old) is saved in /wp-content and /wp-content/updraft?
    Thank you very much

    Hi,

The database will be overwritten. Make sure you always have a backup of you database as there will be no other way to retrieve it.

Yes, UpdraftPlus will not instantly delete the old files. It will rename it first with the “-old” suffix and is stored in the “wp-content” folder.
