    Hi,

    Thanks for your plugin.
I have installed it on my wordpress site 4 days ago.

In Settings it is configured to:
backup schedule: once a week and retain number of backups in 1 copy

database backup schedule: set to journal and retention of backup quantity at 3 copies

The database copies are made correctly every day.
The problem is the copy of the web that has not yet been made

The database copies are made correctly every day.
The problem is the copy of the web that has not yet been made, during the days that the plugin has been installed.

The panel displays the file copy for 08/26.
The plugin was installed on 08/14 attached image https://prnt.sc/u230rd

How to solve this little problem?
    Thanks
    Enrique

    Hi Enrique,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
Please copy the content in to an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi Enrique,

Thank you! The log for those dates shows that the backup has successfully complete

Looking back at the screenshot, I notice that there is a warning message that is cut. Can you please show me the message and what it says?

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi Bryle

The backup copies of the database, performed correctly every day

The problem is in the total copy of files of the site. This copy has not been made.

It is scheduled once a week, and since the plugin was installed, this copy has not yet been made.

Look at the image that I attach https://prnt.sc/u2dle0

According to the information presented by the panel, the files will be backed up on 08/26 at 00:41. The copy is scheduled for once a week.

If the plugin was installed four days ago (08/15) and the file copy is scheduled for 08/26, you can see that then it is 11 days until the file copy is done

This must be the message you ask me

This backup task (d0091a708ed2) is either complete or began over 2 days ago: ending (1597854754.5159, ) (existing jobdata keys: ) (ag. 19 18:32:34)

    this is the log https://1drv.ms/t/s!Ao29xXd2UVMinX9Xy2JCCOLxIn_I?e=W7L6ve

If you need access to the backoffice I can send it to you

    Thanks

    Hi
This file that you ask me to send you I already did yesterday

    I attach it again https://1drv.ms/t/s!Ao29xXd2UVMinX2sXayi7_SnctoE?e=wEJqSh

    I repeat
The backup copies of the database are performed very well every day, as it is configured, I even received the email with the notice of the successful copy

The problem is the copy of the files that has not been made by any

Do you think it would be better to do a new re-installation of the complement ???

    Thanks
    Enrique

    Hi,

Can you please try to Wipe settings, from UpdraftPlus > Advanced tools > Wipe settings, Click Wipe settings button. This will reset all of your settings so you will have to setup your backup schedule and remote storage again. Your backups will not be removed in this process.

Once done, can you try to run a new full backup?

    Regards,
    Bryle
