Backup stuck

  • Hi,
    when i start backup now or timming.
    it’s backup good the database and in the other file stuck.
    i see at the server that the file stop grow and stuck.
    and in the control panel at the pluge setting it’s always stuck also – (” Backing up files… ” )

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    It appears that the file backup is being killed off or timed out.

    Please could you ask your hosts what the maximum execution time for the site is, and if this can be increased?
