    Hello,

after updating to version 1.4.6, the backup is stuck at “Performing site files backup” at 11000 files. I updated Word Press to a newer version, removed the plugin and reinstalled it and nothing helped. Maybe someone will have an idea how I can solve this problem because I am not able to make backups.

    Hi @e1thx ,

Thank you! Your issue is caused by a modified PHP CLI. You can resolve the issue by disabling the checking step within our plugin configuration.

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to the “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save the “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

Let me know if that works for you ??
    Thank you!
