Backup successful but nothing happens

    Tried to back up some of my media library files however on backup successful I checked to find nothing had changed. No error message nothing? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Sorry, can you help me understand further please? By backing up your site nothing should change. If you also say “no error message” then the backup is successful.
