You can use the export functionnality of WordPress to export everything and the plugin WordPress Importer to import back in a new installation.

    Also the ploylang plugin?
I will only backup the languages, but not the menu or the wohle WordPress.
Backup the whole wordpress, is meaningless.

I put a lot of effort to make Polylang compatible with the export tool but there is no automated way to export only the languages.

Maybe it would work if you edited the xml exported file and keep only the elements <wp:term> which have language or term_language in the sub element <wp:term_taxonomy>. I can’t propose a more convenient way.

I see no export function in Polylang.
Export the whole polylang (without WP) is possible?

No. That’s currently not possible. Polylang data are exported with all posts using the WordPress export functionnality.
