Backup to DB stops working if…

Backup to DB stops working if site is down then comes back up. I have to re login to Dropbox then go to log screen then it works. Any way to prevent this (stay logged in to Dropbox) so I don’t have to do it manually every time the site goes offline?
Using 1.4.4
