Backup to FTP, no log errors but no file are stored on FTP

    Hi, I use your plugin and I set three different jobs on the same site:
    daily, weekly, and monthly.
    Each jobs stores backups on an external FTP server.
    Weekly and monthly works great but daily not works.
    The logs are perfects with no error but the file is not stored on the FTP server.
    The setting are the same of the other jobs (except for the scheduling).

    What can be the problem?

    @primapress,
    hmm, I think you might not in a correct server which BackWPUp store a new backup file.
    Could you please do a check on ftp-r1-it.storage.cloud.it server?

    I’m right now on
    ftp-r1-it.storage.cloud.it
    in the folder
    backup02/bck_xxx/giornaliero/

    In the backwpup jobs configurations I have
    FTP server -> ftp-r1-it.storage.cloud.it
    Folder to store files in -> backup02/bck_xxx/giornaliero/

    But no file in the folder.

    I’m going crazy, other jobs works regular, in the same sftp server but in different folders, maybe permission folder?

    Could you try to create a new daily backup job and set the backup destination to another folder?

    Done, and this mornig the backup is done and stored regulary into the new folder.
