Backup to FTP not working

    Trying to get BackWpUp to backup to a FTP server, and it received errors every time. I am able to connect to the FTP server via Filezilla without any issue. I have tried both passive and active FTP mode.

    Any way to troubleshoot this?

    Please make sure you are connected to an FTP server(port is 21 by default) instead of an SSH-FTP server(by default, port is 22) since BackWPUp did not support ssh-ftp for now.
