BackUp Uploading cannot finish

Hi,

The execution time is a bit low. Please ask your host/server admin to increase it from 30s to 300s. Then attempt a new backup and let us know if you still continue to experience the same issue.

Hi,

It doesn’t appear to have made a change as the log still shows it is only able to run for 30s. Can you please check with your host? If they allow more than 30s for the execution time?

Where in the log can I see that it is 30s?
Is there any place marked in yellow?
