I don’t know we backup the 1st of every month for this site. If v.3.0.11 was implement prior to May 1 the YES.

Been running BackWPup since v.1.7.8 and this is the first time BackWPup / ZIP Archive has given us trouble.

Last month was 22.57 MB

That is a very small file. Have you done any major updates to your other plugins and or theme?

1 or 2 other small plugin maybe.

Can you recall which was the last BackWPup working version on your website?

Backup Log for May 1st says v.3.0.8
