Backup zip cannot be open

    Hello, I created a full back up zip file for local download. I cannot open it, neither on Mac nor on windows. It always tells Fehler 2 – Es existiert keine Datei und kein Ordner.
    Failure 2 – no file or folder does exist. But if I create a backup only of the db databank – zip file can be open. Please help me. Thanks.

    can you please try to download it via FTP or try to use another unzip software like WinRar, &zip etc. Also, can you try to create a .tar backup file and take a look if the behavior is the same?

    Hello Andreas,
    I downloaded the backup zip file via FTP. This one I could open luckily.
    The other options did not work (different software or creation of .tar).
    Thanks for your help.
