I am trying to restore using backups that were automatically created and saved to google drive. Our site crashed and we are trying to do a full restore to the same domain. The ZIPS for plugins, other, and uploads all fail when trying to restore. I tried opening the ZIP manually and they are all showing as corrupt in File Explorer or WinRar (at least in WinRar I can see the folders \ files in the zip – but no extract). Error – 0000.059 () ZipArchive returned an error (will try again with PclZip): incompatible_archive

    Hello,

I am sorry to hear about these issues. Just to clarify, you have directly downloaded the zip files from Google Drive to your computer and manually extracted them?

If this is the case, I would recommend following a tutorial such as this to repair the damaged zip files. The zips are created by a utility on your server and on very rare occasions they can malfunction.

Please could you also share the full restoration log file from the wp-content / updraft folder via pastebin.com?
