    Dear @colleenvrva ,

    Thanks for sending the log along with the message.

    Upon checking the log we noticed the following warning:

    Warning: Path is not readable (skipping): /home2/vrvaca/public_html/bylsmapedalgokarts/wp-content/uploads/wpforms/.htaccess.cpmh3129

    The warning could be connected with the permission of the folder. Could you check whether it’s 755 and if no, change the permission to 755? Afterwards, please, run another backup and let us know if this does the trick.

    Hi Backup Guard,

    The file that was flagged had 0000 permissions. It has since been changed and the back up is now successful. Thanks for all of your help!
