Backups are Empty

    As of 2021, all backups appear to run correctly (no errors) and the FTP settings are claiming to work – but when I check the file manager the files are 0 bytes. Help! We tried to restore using a backup and the restoration couldn’t run due to the file having no size. Our plugin is uptodate – version 1.16.47.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
