Backups are not sent via email

    Hello!
    It’s been a few months that I have this problem: backupwpup is not able to send backups files via email.
    Instead, it send an email containing the error log. The error highlighted is “Error sending the email”. The archive size is about 17 MB, so the problem has nothing to do with file size.
    What can I do to solve the problem?

    Please help me go to BackWPup > Settings > Logs and set Logging Level to Debug (not translated), run the job again, then give me the latest debug log file at BackWPUp -> Logs.

    The only error that I get is this:

    so I think the WordPress email sending function on your site has an issue, maybe the server has disabled email sending.
    I would suggest you contact the hoster about that. Or you can install and configure Post SMTP plugin to enable WordPress mail sending function.

    This is very strange because I correctly receive the log via email.
