I have a bunch of files (zip, sql, log, json) in \backups-dup-lite\ folder, most likely from the previous backups and installations, but only one set is listed in my Packages ? All page. I don’t need any of the old backups. There also are .htaccess, index.php and robots.txt files and a few in backups-dup-lite\installer\ folder. I cannot see any cleanup tools to remove the old backups. Can I just manually delete the old files from the backups-dup-lite folder? Should I keep .htaccess, index.php, robots.txt and old backups-dup-lite\installer\ folder files?

  • Hey @nautilusintl,

It’s safe to delete everything in the \backups-dup-lite\ folder when you go to create a new package it will check to make sure all the necessary files are there and if not it will create them for you. If you wanted to be 100% safe you could quickly just archive that directory with cPanel or the like, in the event you did need one of your older backups.

    Hope that helps~
