    Dear @themotionbar ,

    Thanks for the backup log.

We have checked it and as you got the error during the backup of the Database, please, try to change the following settings:

    1. Navigate to the ”Settings” section and decrease the ”Number of rows to backup at once” from 1000 to 500:
    https://prnt.sc/10lzmgb
    2. From the same section, please, increase the ”Request Frequency”:
    https://prnt.sc/10lzlsl

After, make sure to save the changes and run a backup again.
Please, let us know, if the suggestion helped.

    Best,

    BackupGuard Team

Thank you for your prompt reply. An improvement in that it started the download, but unfortunately it only downloaded a small portion (177mb/1.8gb) and said warning under status. Ran it again and the status came back failed, like the initial problem.

    Dear @themotionbar ,

Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for the late response.

In case you still face the issue, please, send us the backup log of the last failed backup to check:

You can download the mentioned log file following the article below.

How to Download the Backup Log File

Please send it via wetransfer.com using the link retrieving option.
    Like this: https://prnt.sc/qr3ntv

In case you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using an FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    Thanks,
    BackupGuard Team
