Backups Lost with 2.6.2

I have three vanilla sites, all installed in root. With two of them, after upgrading to 2.6.2 my backups were not listed. Checking the directories, I found two backup supbdirectories: one had my backups and a new directory was apparently created with 2.6.2. I can fix my problem, but I know the intent of this update was to fix the path. Otherwise, it’s a great plugin and I rely on it daily. Thanks for providing it.
