    Have looked through settings and all seems to be ok. Backups are being kept and deleted as per schedule so that’s fine. The correct Gdrive email account is associated with the plugin. But I can’t see the backed up files in Google Drive. Tips on how to proceed please?

    Hello,

    Could you share the backup log file via pastebin.com please? You can find the log file by clicking the View Log button on the Backup / Restore tab next to the backup.

    Your backup is going to Google Drive.

    For the free version it would be in the UpdraftPlus folder on your Google Drive.

    If it is not there, can you check which Google Drive account you have connected in the settings name (I have covered my Gmail ID and name in the screenshot but you should be able to see yours where I have added the white rectangle): https://snipboard.io/HjlAyk.jpg

    Thank you. I did verify that I was using the correct google account before I opened the ticket. And upon closer inspection in GDrive, I do see the backups there. Turns out the issue is with the default GDrive front end sorting doesn’t work properly. Clicking the “Last Modified” dropdown does not sort chronologically. Thank you google. Closing ticket with my thanks.
