Backups stopped working

    Hello,

    I have just logged into the ftp side of my site and I noticed that I did not have any backup files in my BWP backups folder.

    I do a backup each day on a schedule and then once a week I have an ftp script on my local PC that logs into the ftp server and downloads the BWP backups files to my local PC
    Checking my local backups folder I see that last BWP backup file was 17th April.

    I have logged into my dashboard and tried running BWP manually but it still does not prodiuce a backup file.

    I have enabled Support in the BWP plugin.

    Any idea what could be the issue stopping BWP creating files.

    I’m unsure what would have caused issues suddenly, as we haven’t changed anything in the plugin recently ?? I’ll watch for your support request – if you haven’t already make sure and send me a message from within the admin so I can see the support module information.
