BackUpWordPress has detected a problem

In Backups page I get this message:

“BackUpWordPress has detected a problem. wp-cron.php is returning a Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received response which could mean cron jobs aren’t getting fired properly. BackUpWordPress relies on wp-cron to run scheduled back ups. See the FAQ for more details”.

I tried all possible solutions mentioned on BackupWordpress plugin page, but nothing worked, so far.

Any other suggestion?

My website is not protected, Other scheduled jobs work fine, MAnual backup works, I use a different Hosting Provider than the one mentioned on the website.
