BackUpWordPress plug-in restore how to?

Hello, I want to restore all my plug-ins and themes to before I upgraded them all. The website I run is acting up and it wasn’t before I upgraded. Can any one give me step-by-step instructions on how to restore everything from the back up plug in I have installed: BackUpWordPress.

I’ve downloaded the .zip file, and I’ve seen tutorials that say to go to phpMyAdmin and configure things from there using an sql file, but the BackUpWordPress doesn’t offer that. Any suggestions?
