• Hello,
i read a lot about the blank white page but nothing has fixed the issue yet.
Running a fresh wordpress installation 3.9.1 with BackWPup 3.1.2
All I get when I click on “jobs” is a blank white page.

I looked for a log file in the Backup folder and the Temp folder but there is none yet.

    What could it be?

Here are the infos from the settings page.

    Hi kugelblitz,

do you have access to the errorlog of your webserver?

    regards,

    Hello Robert,
    thanks for your reply.
unfortunately there is no cpanel hosting on that page. And the providers admin area has no such thing as a server error log.
Any other way to debug it?
