BackWPUP Causing Toolbar to disappear

I have recently discovered that enabling the BackWPUp option in the admin bar causes the admin bar not to function correctly. It appears every few refreshes when looking at my blog but not all the time.
I’ve disabled this option because I don’t need it but figured I might put this out there for anyone having a similar issue.
