BackWPup not showing in plugin list after update to WP 3.9

  • My BackWPup installation stopped showing in the plugin list after I updated to WP 3.9.

    I tried re-installing and it told me the folder still existed. I FTP’d to the site, removed the folder, and then reinstalled the plugin but it still does not show up as it used to.

    Any suggestions on how to get it running again?

  • The Plgin list only searches for the header of the main Plgin file. Please check read permission to that file. The webserver must can read it.
