BackWPup XML ERROR (68): xmlParseEntityRef: no name

  • Hello, firstly, thanks for the amazing plugin!

    Today I went to make a manual backup of an existing site in preparation to move it and received the warning “XML ERROR (68): xmlParseEntityRef: no name” and “WARNING: Job finished with warnings in 8 seconds. Please resolve them for correct execution”.

    I haven’t received any log emails with errors so I’m not even sure this happens during the scheduled backups. We’re running WP 4.2.2 and BackWPup 3.1.4.

    I looked around but don’t see any way to provide any debugging information but please let me know if there is any more information required to provide support. Thanks in advance for any help!

    came this only one time ?
    mostly that cames from plugins or themes that hooks not correctly in the xml export. You can try to disable them or use the default.

    Also you can use a XML valdiation too to see where the problem in the xml file is. Somtimes you can see from with plugin/theme it will be come.
