BACS (direct bank transfer) account information not showing up in customer mails

    Wordpress: 6.0.3
    Woocommerce: 7.0.0

    We are offering BACS to our customers and have setup the according information in Woocommerce (enabled BACS payments, added banking account information).

    Unfortunately, the corresponding section in the customer email (customer processing order) is empty, it’s showing the labels only.

    I believe this was working before in Woocommerce 6.

    We are not using any email template customizer plugin.

    Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance! ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that the bank details are not included in the customer’s email when using the BACS as the payment gateway.

    Have you configured the necessary bank information under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Direct Bank Transfer > Account Details?

    If so, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    Hi!
    Thanks for your reply. I tried the suggested Stroefront theme and got the same results. So I disabled all other plugins step by step and found the origin of the error. It was a 3rd party payment plugin for WooCommerce which modifies the mail before they get sent.
    Thank you again for your help, but it was not the fault of WooCommerce itself. ??
