• I use BACS for payment.

The problem is after place an order a customer gets a “processing” email.

While processing means the payment has been received, and I’m in the process of fulfilling the order.
But the situation is after he hits the order button, he hasn’t pay.

And the order page shows that the order status of the order is still on-hold.

    It’s confusing.

    The question:
How to make after the completion of purchasing, a customer gets an email of his new order and in it there’s information of the bank accounts to which he can transfer the money to, instead of the ‘processing’ email?

    Thank you

The order confirmation email doesn’t say payment has been received.

Yes, it doesn’t say that the payment is received.

But it says the order is “being processed”. Meanwhile when the customer check his purchase on my-acccount, it says “on-hold”

And it is a “processing” email template that get sent right?

While in WooCoomerce Doc, “processing” status means:
Payment received and stock has been reduced- the order is awaiting fulfillment.

That’s why I’m confused “Processing” email get sent, while the payment hasn’t been received, and the order status is “on-hold”

And if I were a customer I will confuse too seeing the words “being processed” on email but “on hold” on my account.
