We’re really sorry to hear that the recent update has caused frustration and confusion. We understand how important it is for you to have access to all the parameters you previously used and to effectively manage both file and database backups.
Rest assured, all your previous backups remain fully operational. You can still view your existing jobs in read-only mode from the interface. We’re actively working on restoring the ability to edit all parameters and create new backup jobs.
Regarding the database backup issue, we apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We’d love to investigate further—please reach out so we can assist. Our team is focused on resolving the issues users like you have reported.
In the meantime, you can revert to version 4.1.7 if it better suits your needs. You can download it here.
