Bad calculation of model properties (volume, surface…)

Hi,
I used your plugin and tried to load model:

But there is a little problem the counting of model is “interesting”, for example:
Material Volume: 0 cm3
Surface area: 0 cm2
Model Weight: 0 g

Is it correct? Or I setted up something wrong?
