bad css and javascript links created by plugin

    I’ve found bad links to resources in my site. Both of them dissapear when I deactivate the plugin:

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='src-css'  href='https://h?ver=3.1.3' type='text/css' media='h' />

<script type='text/javascript' src='https://h?ver=3.1.8'></script>

    what’s the deal with these and how can I get rid of them?
