    I have to hire a programmer to make the changes I want (and I am not sure if it is because I don’t know the right way to set it – because they ignore support requests)

    Hello,

    I am very sorry about your bad experience with support. It is not up to standard right now. Cyrus, the developer/support has been sick since April 1 and in hospital with covid for over 2 weeks. We expect a full recovery, and he will be back to support within a few weeks. It’s just taking time.
