It’s good, but it has stopped working for no known reasons. All settings are as expected, but the notifications are not showing anymore, and I was using it for the upcoming Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales notifications.

Sad. I can’t change the ratings or reviews because the tool didn’t work for me. I’m using a different one that works fine. I can’t give you access to my core files just to fix a problem. You’re making things worse…

    Hi @maluth,

First of all, we’re so sorry for any inconvenience you had with NotificationX and we really appreciate your feedback.

But it’s very strange that you are facing such issues with NotificationX since its working perfectly on our end : https://d.pr/v/SN5Bs1. I think it might be caching issue on your end. So, can you please clear your browser cache & cookies then check back ? Also, try to ‘Re-generate’ your notification alerts as well, as you can see in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/ACCz6Z

If you have any caching plugin, purge cache from them as well. Afterward, it should be working fine. If it doesn’t , we’ll be happy to investigate your website deeply.

Anyways, this review seems a bit unfair and it will really harm us. So, I would really appreciate if you change the rating and create a support ticket here and leave your website URL so we can investigate and resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Really looking forward to hearing from you soon. Have a nice day !

I don’t know what a hell it was, but the tool is back and running. I did whatever you said long before I wrote the review, nothing worked. I mean, I purged all the pages, etc, etc. There was no re-generate button for the particular notification I wanted to work on since I can’t run/enable more than 2 notifications at the same time on a Free Plan.

But, I just uninstalled the plugin, re-installed it, and then it said it was disabled, then I enabled it, and it is now working fine. Site is https://www.johnshalom.com for checking as you said.

    I’ll change/update my review.

Sad. It happened again. The problem is not how I use the tool but the tool itself, please fix the bug and I will edit my review if at all it works. It’s not working at all.
