Bad Experience

  • I think the biggest error was purchasing this product which I soon found not good and never used it at all. I just didn’t notice they set up an auto renew. They charged me automatically and refused to pay back my money. They are going to charge it for another year though I will not use it at all. Please think twice before buy this product.

    We are really sorry to hear about it. We checked that your package was successfully renewed. Normally, We did a renewal notification a minimum of 7 days to 15 days ago couple of times by mail to all our clients , I think you didn’t check the renewal message. Although, We don’t have the Refund rules on our License Processor System after auto-renewal. We are only able to refund within 14 days for the new purchase package.

    If you want then you also can off the auto-renewal from your FastSpring account. I hope you understand.
