    Hi,
I’ve made a backup from a site which creates 3 zip files. When I try to restore my site on a new server the third zip gives a Bad File Structure message, I’ve made 3 backups from this site and they all give the error. Also when I try to unzip this file on my desktop it says ‘Unable to expand’. What do you think is going wrong here, what can I do?, the file is only 180MB.
    Thanks

Just to clarify, I’ve just tried again, I’m getting error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10): invalid archive structure when uploading the backup even though all 3 files upload 100%.

    Hi @pencilboy

The error PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT(-10): invalid archive structure occurs because?the?backups were broken?in the backup?process(mostly becasue of insufficient disk spaces).?Please?unzip the backups in your local computer to see if they are broken.

If it can be successfully unzipped, please upload?the?backups?via?FTP?client?to the target site (by?default to /wp-content/wpvividbackups folder) then click the “Scan?uploaded?backups?and?received?backups” button?to?display?them?in the backup?list and restore.

If it can not be unzipped, you will need to create?a new backup to upload.?Before?that, please free?up the disk?space?of the source?site.

In?general,?in?order?to?successfully?backup?a?site,?the amount of free disk space on the web server usually needs to be twice the size of the website.

    Kind?Regards,
